One can say that living near a sewage treatment plant in Delhi is not at all safe and sound; it is so because such plants and machines mostly produce unhealthy emissions and liquid effluents and all of this can really be very harmful, dangerous, and life-threatening for the humans and therefore one can conclude that it is not at all advisable to live near or around a sewage treatment plant in any circumstances or any sort of situation.
